The synthesis of reading supertasks I have described
is original in the sense that other frameworks do not
attempt to incorporate the three fields of
psychology, artificial intelligence, and
education which
I have done. By doing so, I have managed to
incorporate many of the varied aspects of
reading. The thesis concerning
creative understanding is also original in
the sense that no other models
of creative reading or creative understanding exist.
