NFS - Network File System
How to set up NFS :
Set up the network - we already have this set.
Choose what to share - You pick a directory (and any subsequent files and subdirectories) that will be accessible to other computers.
Set up security on the server - This can be done on many different levels : fstab, /etc/hosts.allow, /etc/exports
Mount the file system on the client - The shared filesystem can be mounted anyplace you choose. Choose wisely.
